There are not many photos of Maddox's fifth birthday.  I think after the hustle and bustle of the holidays, we tend to keep her special day very low key but close to our hearts.  She hasn't yet had a big party, I think I am fearful of who would actually come.  She has a great network of friends and right now, that's good enough for me.  I know someday I will need to branch out and take some risks, but even after five years, my heart is still playing it safe.  Happy fifth birthday baby girl. Her smile let's me know it will all be ok.
